What's the minimum order spend for free shipping?
  • Orders over $50.00 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • Orders below are charged a flat $9.95 freight fee.
What is the order cut-off for same day dispatch?

Orders must be received by 3:00pm AEST to qualify for same day dispatch. Any orders received after this will be dispatched the following business day.

Can I change details after I have submitted my order?

No, if you have incorrect details you will need to contact us immediately to resolve before the products are dispatched. Failure to do this may result in products being lost during transit. CMI Accessories takes no responsibility for incorrect information provided by customers.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been picked, packed and dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note tracking number details may take up to 24hrs to work

Do you deliver outside of Australia?

No. CMI Accessories currently only supplies and delivers accessories within Australia.

My order is missing / has incorrect products?

Whilst our warehouse team work hard to ensure every order is sent out correctly, errors can occasionally happen. Please contact us immediately on (07) 5520 5700 or sales@cmiaccessories.com.au 

Do you sell Australian certified power products?

Yes, every power product sold by CMI Accessories is Australian compliant.

Can I pick my order up from the warehouse?

No, orders cannot be picked up from our Warehouse. We are an online retailer only.
