Product Warranty

• Normal wear and tear of product use
  • Any products subject to limited life or are considered consumable products (eg. batteries, screen protectors, decorative cases and other accessories) are subject to Warranty Cover Exclusion due to normal wear and tear.
• Defects or damage that result from misuse or abuse
  • Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident, or neglect, including but not limited to physical damage (tears, scratches, scuffs, dints) to the product
  • Contact with any forms of liquid or extreme heat (> 50º Celsius)
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
• Products that have been modified or altered in any way

All products purchased directly from www.shop.cmiaccessories.com.au are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty. Please visit the chosen product brand website for the relevant warranty policy. Products returned after 30 calendar days will be processed according to the manufacturers’ warranty cover and will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for a replacement to be issued.
