Returns Policy

IMPORTANT: Please do not return any items to CMI Accessories before contacting our sales support team. If you have a concern with a product that you have purchased from a retail store or online marketplace, you will need to return it to the same store / marketplace along with your proof of purchase.

  • CMI Accessories are happy to offer a refund or exchange provided it is within 30 days from purchase date.
  • All refunds and exchanges are subject to the item/s being returned to us for inspection.
  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Item/s must be returned in an unused; brand new, resalable condition with original packaging
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated by CMI Accessories

Clearance Products

  • Products marked as ‘Clearance’ are not eligible for change of mind returns or refunds unless deemed faulty by CMI Accessories.

Faulty Products

  • If you discover an issue with a product please contact us immediately at sales@cmiaccessories.com.au and we will arrange a solution for you.
  • Any items found to be faulty and within warranty terms will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.

Received an incorrect product

From time to time an incorrect item may be accidentally sent out. Whilst our warehouse team work hard to ensure every order is sent out correctly, it can happen on occasion for a number of reasons.

We understand this is frustrating, however to ensure that we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible, we request that you provide us with the following:

  • Photo of the incorrect item
  • Photo of the postage label and packaging

Returns Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of goods only.
  • This does not apply if you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect product.

Returns Timefame

  • Allow minimum 5 business days for your parcel to be returned to us
  • Once we receive your return parcel your request will be processed, and you will be send an email confirmation.
  • Refunds can take up to 7-14 days to appear in your nominated account after being processed.
  • CMI Accessories will not be held liable for lost in transit parcels
